The aim of this website is too highlight the plight of disabled dogs who are desperate for a loving home but are often passed over because of their disabilities.

At first view it would be easy to think that these dogs would need far too much care and your immediate thought would be they would be expensive to look after but this is so often not the case.

The dogs that we aim to help will have a wide range of disabilities from blindness to being paralysed but they are otherwise in perfectly good health. The treatment required for any injury is already done and all they need is a home to go to. Are you that special person they have been waiting for?

Please note that if you are in the UK and are wanting to adopt a dog from DDR there is the compulsory 6 month wait after the dog has had its Rabies Vaccination but with the help of foster carers in Romania it is still possible.

Please remember it is a life long commitment you are taking on when adopting a dog.
